Our team is looking to hire an SDR primarily for warm calling support to our Sales Specialist, who then also focuses on Cold Calling

 


Primary Responsibilities (Warm Calling)
  • Call customers who signed up for our product - Central to book them on the calendar.
  • Contact trial sign-ups to schedule onboarding sessions.

  • Reach out to customers with failed payments to reschedule calls with Sales specialist.

  • Manage various customer scenarios to ensure proper follow-up.


  • Secondary Responsibilities (Growth Strategy)

  • Engage in cold calling to generate new business.

  • Proper outbound cold calling to prospects


  • Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to prospective clients

  • Identify and qualify potential leads and decision-makers

  • Schedule meetings for the sales team with qualified prospects

  • Execute multi-channel outreach campaigns including:

  • Cold calling

  • LinkedIn prospecting

  • Email marketing

  • SMS outreach

  • Consistently meet or exceed outreach and meeting quotas

  • Maintain accurate records of outreach activities in the CRM

  • Collaborate with the sales team to improve messaging and conversion

  • Continuously experiment with creative prospecting techniques


  • Preferred Skills
  • Lead generation experience

  • Experience in relevant sales spaces

  • Experience working for an AI/SaaS startup and comfortable in a fast paced environment

  • Must Have Skills
  • 3-5+ years experience in cold calling, SDR, lead generation, or outbound sales

  • Comfortable making 200–250+ outbound calls daily

  • Strong communication and persuasion skills

  • Experience using LinkedIn for prospecting

  • Familiarity with email outreach tools and CRM systems

  • Highly resilient and comfortable handling rejection

  • Strong research skills to identify the right prospects

  • Self-motivated and results-driven
