This position handles the file reviews for all Move Ins, Annual Certifications, and Interim
Certifications for the properties composed in the assigned portfolio. The expertise will
require the specialist to verify and enter the data into the certification, secure all verifications, and prepare the perfect file for the property to execute. Additionally, the Specialist will provide the appropriate response to all State and Investor audits that occur throughout the year. This position is a 40-hour, remote position.
Must-Have Skills:
· Yardi Voyager experience
· Confidence in working a 10-key calculator
· Familiarity with the RightSource Verification system
· Must have 3-5 years' experience in Property Management
· Must have knowledge of all Federal and State Affordable Housing programs
