Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat
Handle inbound inquiries and resolve customer concerns efficiently
Conduct outbound sales calls to generate leads and close opportunities
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, scheduling, and reporting
Collaborate with the team to improve customer experience and sales processes
Requirements

Strong verbal and written English communication skills
Neutral or minimal accent with clear and professional phone presence is required
Experience in cold calling or outbound sales is a plus
