Ideal candidate:

·       Can run a project start to finish without hand-holding

·       Understands what engineers are talking about (AI, pipelines, containers)

·       Has worked on modernization / transformation initiatives

·       Comfortable in Azure environments

Overview:

We are seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead complex, enterprise-level initiatives focused on AI, automation, and cloud transformation.

This is a Project Manager-first role — ideal for someone who excels at driving delivery, managing stakeholders, and owning the full lifecycle, while also having enough technical depth to effectively partner with engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Lead end-to-end project delivery across AI, automation, and cloud initiatives

·       Manage full project lifecycle (initiation, planning, execution, delivery)

·       Drive Azure cloud migration and modernization projects

·       Support implementation of AI and automation solutions

·       Work closely with engineering teams on:

o   CI/CD pipelines

o   GitHub-based development workflows

o   Containerized environments (Docker/Kubernetes)

·       Translate business requirements into technical execution plans

·       Manage timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communication

·       Act as the bridge between business leaders and technical teams

Required Experience:

·       7+ years of Project Management experience (technical projects required)

·       Proven experience delivering large, complex initiatives

·       Experience with:

o   AI and/or automation projects

o   Cloud platforms (Azure preferred)

o   Cloud migration or transformation efforts

·       Strong understanding of:

o   DevOps concepts

o   CI/CD pipelines

o   GitHub or similar tools

o   Containers (Docker, Kubernetes)

·       Strong communication skills with ability to manage both technical and business stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications:

·       Experience in financial services or mortgage Lending industry

·       Agile / Scrum experience

·       PMP, Scrum Master, or similar certification
