15+ years of experience with CA Plex or similar 4GL/model-driven environments
15+ years of experience with SQL Server / T-SQL
15+ years of experience with API integrations (REST, Windows Services, Microservices, XML, SOAP)
Requirements:
Lead CA Plex development efforts and provide architecture and technical leadership in CA Plex or similar 4GL/model-driven environments
Design, develop, and integrate APIs and services (REST, Windows Services, Microservices; XML, SOAP) with enterprise systems
Maintain and modernize legacy/enterprise systems, including data warehousing considerations and batch processing
Collaborate with state court case management and jury management stakeholders to deliver case lifecycle modules and generate court performance metrics

Required Education and/or Certifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
* 15+ years of experience with application development
* 15+ years of experience CA Plex or similar 4GL/model-driven environments
* 15+ years of experience SQL Server / T-SQL
* 15+ years of experience debugging and problem-solving skills
* 15+ years of experience with API integrations (Rest, Windows Services, MicroServices, XML, Soap)
* 10+ years of experience maintaining legacy or enterprise systems
* 5+ years of experience in State court case management and jury management systems
Preferred Education and/or Certifications:
* Generated languages (C++, Java, or .NET from Plex)
