Job description

This is a remote position.

Job Title: Snowflake Consultant

Location: Remote ok with occasional onsite expectations (2x per quarter - we would cover travel)
Duration: Contract-to-hire / Full-time

Job Description:

I'm looking for an analytical consulting resource and hoping you can help me find the right person.
I'm building out two capabilities on our Guest 360 program and need someone who can do the hands-on analytical work, not just advise. The two areas are: Customer Value & LTV: building guest-level value scoring and lifetime value, from historical spend tiers through predictive models
Guest Behavioral Intelligence & Segmentation: cohort analysis, behavioral segmentation, and the insight work that sits behind both targeting and journey design

The must-have is strong Snowflake proficiency, since that's where our guest data and analytics live.
Sigma and Salesforce experience would be a real plus.

Just as important, I want someone with a consulting background and good business sense. Someone who can take a commercial question, figure out what the data can actually answer, and translate the analysis into something a marketing or commercial leader can act on
