Job description

Junior Data Engineer & Integration Service Provider

We are currently seeking a Junior Data Engineer & Integration Service Provider for one of our clients. In this role, you will play a key part in designing, building, and maintaining scalable data pipelines and infrastructure to support data processing, analytics, and reporting needs. This is an 18-month contract position, open to remote work with the possibility of relocation to Qatar at a later stage.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop data quality solutions and frameworks using Data Quality (DQ) tools
Build and test scalable data pipelines supporting data processing and reporting
Perform data profiling, cleansing, deduplication, and standardization
Develop and manage data quality scorecards and monitoring processes
Contribute to data governance initiatives and ensure data integrity across systems
Participate in POCs (Proof of Concepts) to evaluate and implement data quality solutions

Requirements

6+ years of experience in Data Quality, ETL development, and Data Governance
Hands-on experience with Data Quality (DQ), CDQ, and CDP tools
Proven experience in data cleansing, deduplication, profiling, and standardization
Experience in designing and implementing data quality frameworks and scorecards
Strong understanding of data governance principles and best practices
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
