We are looking for an experienced Product Owner (PO) to drive delivery of a greenfield initiative focused on building a best-in-class Cloud experience for our customers. This is a high-impact role supporting the migration and modernization of our platform from desktop to cloud, while embedding advanced AI capabilities to drive operational excellence and sustainability outcomes.

You will play a key role in translating product vision into actionable delivery, working closely with Engineering, Product Management, and key stakeholders to ensure high-quality, customer-centric outcomes.

This is a hands-on role requiring strong collaboration, technical understanding, and the ability to operate effectively in a complex, fast-paced environment.

What you’ll do

• Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring it is well-defined, prioritised, and aligned with product strategy
• Translate high-level product vision and requirements into detailed user stories with clear acceptance criteria
• Work closely with Engineering teams to plan, refine, and deliver high-quality product increments
• Support the migration from desktop to Cloud, ensuring scalability, performance, and usability
• Collaborate on embedding AI capabilities into the product, working with technical teams to support implementation
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and reviews
• Review requirements, specifications, and technical designs to ensure clarity, feasibility, and testability
• Monitor delivery progress, identify risks or blockers, and drive resolution
• Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and continuously refine product requirements
• Ensure a strong focus on quality, usability, and customer value throughout the development lifecycle

Capabilities

• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in cross-functional teams
• Excellent backlog management and prioritisation skills
• Technical fluency with the ability to collaborate effectively with Engineering teams
• Strong communication skills, able to translate complex requirements clearly and concisely
• Detail-oriented with the ability to balance tactical delivery and broader product goals
• Problem-solver with a proactive, “can-do” attitude
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and modern software architectures is advantageous

Key Experience

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role within Agile environments
• Experience delivering B2B SaaS products, ideally in cloud-based platforms
• Proven experience working closely with Engineering teams to deliver complex products
• Experience supporting desktop-to-cloud migrations is highly desirable
• Exposure to AI-driven product features or data-led products is a plus
• Experience working in complex, cross-functional environments

Nice to Have

• Experience in LCA (Life Cycle Assessment) or Climate Tech
• Background in sustainability, ESG, or carbon accounting solutions
