Position Summary

Sales Fulfillment Partner I

Job Summary:

Responsible for providing excellent customer service by supporting internal and external customer needs during the sales cycle. Builds foundational knowledge on sales order process and understands how to solve and escalate customer issues.

Essential Job Functions:

Socio(a) de Cuplimiento de Ventas

Resumen del puesto:

Responsable de brindar un servicio al cliente de excelencia, apoyando las necesidades de clientes internos y externos durante el ciclo de ventas. Desarrolla conocimientos fundamentales sobre el proceso de pedidos de ventas y comprende cómo resolver y escalar los problemas de los clientes.

Funciones esenciales del puesto:

  • Registrar y dar seguimiento a las solicitudes de ventas en el CRM (Business Central, Navision, Salesforce y Oracle) u otros sistemas de gestión de pedidos
  • Preparar documentos de ventas (cotizaciones, formularios de pedido, confirmaciones)
  • Mantener registros de clientes y archivos digitales organizados
  • Apoyar la incorporación de nuevas cuentas de clientes y asistir en la recopilación de la documentación requerida
  • Responder a consultas internas y externas, proporcionando actualizaciones oportunas al equipo de ventas y a los clientes
  • Asistir en la resolución de problemas de facturación o servicio
  • Dar seguimiento, realizar gestiones de seguimiento y escalar los problemas no resueltos
  • Colaborar con el equipo de ventas y los equipos internos para asegurar el cumplimiento eficiente de los pedidos
  • Asistir en la gestión de retenciones de pedidos, alertas y la ejecución de liberaciones anticipadas
  • Apoyar las actividades de cierre de pedidos para asegurar su finalización precisa y oportuna

Requisitos:

  • Formación y/o experiencia
  • Al menos 2 años de experiencia en servicio al cliente, soporte de ventas o experiencia administrativa; se prefiere haber tenido contacto con sistemas CRM (Salesforce, Oracle o similares).
  • Se requiere diploma de escuela secundaria o equivalente.

  • Comunicación y colaboración efectiva con los clientes
