The Opportunity:

We're looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to ensure smooth financial operations working with our US-based healthcare client. This position is remote and offers you the flexibility of working from home.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Review vendor invoices for accuracy and process payments promptly
• Charge expenses to accounts and cost centers, ensuring all entries are correct
• Follow up on missing invoices and ensure timely payment processing
• Provide key financial data for monthly P&L and accounts payable reports
• Manage petty cash transactions and verify vendor documentation
• Maintain and update vendor information in our accounting database

To succeed in this role you will need:

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English
• 3+ years of experience in Accounts Payable.
• Strong understanding of AP procedures and accounting
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
• Tech-savvy with a good understanding of accounting software and other tech tools
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work well in a team
• Great English verbal and written communication
• Critical thinking and customer service skills

Service Fee:

Industry standards applicable to the state depending on work experience and level of expertise.

Hours:

US Eastern Standard Time (EST) – 9am to 6pm
