About the role

• Design, build, and embed structured, automated workflows with defined intake, approval gates, and trigger-based controls to protect margin integrity, compliance defensibility, and operational throughput.
• Own end-to-end system architecture, including HubSpot (CRM) workflows, API integrations, testing, deployment, and optimisation.
• Incorporate AI-enabled controls and validation to enhance decision support, compliance assurance, and scalability.
• Establish system-enforced governance, including auditability, documentation standards, and elimination of process bypass.
• Operate as a coach–player, translating executive direction into scalable automation, SOPs, and cross-functional adoption across Commercial, Operations, Finance, and Compliance teams.
• Deliver a structured, phased transformation aligned with scale objectives, including exposure monitoring and SLA stability.

About you

• 5+ years of experience in systems architecture, automation, or integration roles.
• Experience working with or implementing AI-enabled automation, document processing, or decision-support systems.
• Demonstrated experience in API development and system integration.
• Experience integrating AI services (e.g., document analysis, validation, workflow decisioning) into business systems via APIs.
• Experience with CRM workflow systems (HubSpot preferred).
• Experience in regulated or compliance-heavy environments.
• Experience in workflow control framework design and automation governance.
