What You'll do:

- UX Overhaul: Conduct a comprehensive audit of the current platform (built with React, TailwindCSS, and shadcn/ui) and identify all usability bottlenecks. Redesign core workflows like the Candidate Pipeline, Matcher, and Call Round Manager;

Design System & Component Library: Establish and maintain a cohesive design system in Figma. You will heavily leverage the shadcn/ui Figma library, prioritizing the use of existing, sustainable components over custom designs to ensure rapid and consistent development;

Self-Serve Onboarding: Design a frictionless, self-serve onboarding experience for new recruitment agencies, drastically reducing the time and cost of implementation;

Complex Data Visualization: Translate complex AI matching scores, candidate profiles, and pipeline analytics into clear, actionable dashboards that recruiters can understand at a glance;

User Research & Testing: Collaborate with our initial users to gather feedback, conduct usability testing, and iterate on designs based on real-world usage;

Developer Collaboration: Create detailed wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes (Figma), and clear specifications for our engineering team, ensuring alignment with the shadcn/ui framework

- Full remote; 


Who You Are:

- Experience: 5+ years of experience as a UX/UI Designer, specifically working on complex B2B SaaS platforms or data-heavy enterprise applications;

Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating your ability to simplify complex workflows and design intuitive user interfaces. (Please include examples of dashboards or data visualization);

Tools: Expert proficiency in Figma;

Technical Understanding: A solid understanding of modern frontend frameworks (React) and component libraries (TailwindCSS). Experience designing with the shadcn/ui ecosystem is highly preferred. You know how to design for the web and understand the constraints of development;

Problem Solving: You are obsessed with removing friction. You don't just make things look pretty; you solve fundamental usability problems;

Communication: Excellent English communication skills. You can articulate the "why" behind your design decisions to both stakeholders and developers;
