Job description

We're seeking a strategic and client-focused Client Strategy & Growth Lead to join Venon.ai. In this role, you will drive account growth, deepen client relationships, and develop tailored strategies that maximize value and long-term impact. 

You'll act as a trusted advisor, aligning client goals with Venon.ai's solutions while identifying new opportunities for expansion. If you combine strong business acumen with a passion for delivering measurable results and client success, we'd love to hear from you.

Requirements:

  • B2+ English level for fluent client communication.
  • 5+ years of experience in client engagement, account management, business strategy, or similar roles.
  • Strong experience working with enterprise clients.
  • Background in tech, SaaS, IT services, or AI-driven solutions.
  • Experience working with or selling AI solutions (Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data/Automation).
  • Proven ability to identify growth opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to translate client needs into strategic initiatives.
  • Experience working with North American or global clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as a strategic partner for key clients, ensuring long-term success and growth.
  • Identify upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities across accounts.
  • Align client needs with business objectives and solution offerings.
  • Collaborate with sales, delivery, and leadership teams to drive account strategy.
  • Lead business reviews, strategic conversations, and executive-level interactions.
  • Monitor account performance, KPIs, and client satisfaction.
  • Ensure successful adoption and ongoing value delivery of solutions (including AI-driven services).
  • Anticipate client challenges and proactively propose solutions.
