Role Overview We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect with strong expertise in Customer Service Management (CSM Pro+) to lead end-to-end implementation initiatives. This role involves architectural leadership, delivery oversight, and managing offshore teams while ensuring alignment with business objectives and platform best practices.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the architecture and implementation of ServiceNow CSM Pro+ solutions.
Define overall system architecture, integration patterns, data models, and workflow designs.
Conduct technical design sessions, roadmap planning, and architecture reviews.
Drive end-to-end delivery, ensuring scalability, quality, and adherence to best practices.
Translate business requirements into technical solutions and architecture designs.
Collaborate with developers, admins, and stakeholders to validate configurations and integrations.
Provide technical program management oversight including timelines, risks, and dependencies.
Manage and guide offshore development teams.
Ensure proper governance, documentation, and continuous platform improvements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
10+ years of experience in ServiceNow, including architecture and solution design.
Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow CSM Pro+ implementation.
Expertise in case management, workflows, and enterprise integrations.
Experience in technical project management or delivery leadership.
Strong understanding of ITSM, CMDB, and ServiceNow ecosystem.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and large-scale implementations.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
