This is a remote position.
Over all 5 to 7 years of relevant techno-functional experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud CX modules Working knowledge with Oracle Fusion Incentive Compensation Cloud Design, build, configure and test applications and enhancements to meet business process and application requirements for Oracle Fusion Incentive Compensation Cloud Strong knowledge, understanding of credit rules, Rollup rules, classification rules & customization with Oracle Fusion Incentive Compensation Cloud Working experience in configuring and testing the compensation plans end to end Exposure on all modules of FIC such as Compensation plans, Participant assignments, Credits and Earnings, Payments, Approval workflows etc Enablement of automated reports & dashboards using OTBI, Data model mainly using PL/SQL Working experience on designing and developing OTBI reports and dashboards Proficient in understanding business requirements and advising clients on strategy for Oracle Fusion Incentive Compensation Cloud Understanding of Compensation, including incentive/bonus/Draw etc Experience in working with REST APIs Stay updated with periodic Oracle releases and use the latest standard best practice Integrate and import the data into ICM system Collaborate with cross functional teams to identify and develop optimal Sales Compensation solutions to meet business needs Document Technical requirements and complete the configurations as per design provided Ability to lead a team of developers Modules : Fusion Incentive Compensation Oracle CX Sales Cloud Reports and Analytics Integrations |
