The Professional Services engineer has a crucial role to the success of the company, delivering new products and solution to Allot customers. Working closely with R&D, Product Management, Pre-sales, solution architecture and peers.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Stage systems offered to customers in the lab to verify the required functionality.
Responsible for supporting our remote PS in deploying Allot’s products at our customers.
Responsible for supporting our remote PS in execution of proof of concepts, trials and demos.
Deliver technical training internally to Customer Success teams.
Perform installations and upgrades, as well as Interoperability Testing (IoT)
Create technical documents including LLD (low level design), ATP (Acceptance Test Plan) and MOPs (Method of Procedure).
Serve as technical leader.
• Knowledge DevOps engineer or system administrator
• Knowledge with Cloud Native (Dockers, Containers, Kubernetes)
• Scripting skills (Bash, Python, Ansible any others)
• Self-learner
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong customer focus
• Understand complicated technical deployments.
