Our Client Services department is responsible for the daily operational support of our Austrian corporate clients. You’ll be part of an international team handling client support in matters related to current accounts, payments, electronic banking, issuance of various types of confirmations, statements, other operational tasks.

How will you be contributing to ING?

  • You will support our corporate Austrian clients with their queries,
  • You will be responsible for financial data investigation and analysis (payment related questions including investigations, reporting and compliance),
  • You will provide direct support to our corporate clients in banking operational workflow topics (fees, billing, invoicing),
  • You will play an essential role in continuously improving our client satisfaction by providing superior client experience,
  • You will directly communicate with clients in German and English language
    to build up relationship with them,
  • You will maintain contacts with clients and/or our stakeholders and keep them informed about the progress of their requests,
  • You will be cooperating and partnering with other internal teams across Europe,
  • You will be coordinating opening of accounts for our clients,
  • You will identify and bring forward suggestions for continuous improvement, provide inputs for global projects based on own experience and best practices from processing the client queries.

From 1 800 EUR/month

*By legal requirement we are providing the information about the basic wage component (minimum salary) for the advertised position. Based on your experience/profile, the final financial conditions will be the subject to discuss and negotiate at the personal interview, however, not less than above mentioned minimum salary component.
