Build Financial Models: Develop Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) and Return on Investment (ROI) calculators that prove the financial viability of our managed service offerings.
Orchestrate Solutions: Act as the strategic link between sales and delivery by collaborating with practice leads across Digital Workplace, Enterprise AI, and Cloud Security to assemble cohesive, multi-tower solutions.
Provide Market Intelligence: Research the IT Managed Services and Enterprise AI landscape to create battle cards and competitive positioning strategies for the sales team.
Support Client Engagements: Shadow senior technical leaders on discovery calls and solution presentations, gradually taking the floor to pitch specific modules of our solutions.
Education: A recent MBA from a reputable institution, ideally with a concentration in IT Strategy, Operations, Finance, or Marketing.
Experience: 0 to 3 years of professional experience. Prior internships or roles in IT consulting, tech sales, presales, or business analysis are highly preferred.
Technical Fluency: A solid foundational understanding of modern IT concepts (Cloud infrastructure, AI automation, enterprise service desks) and the ability to articulate their business impact.
Business Acumen: A proven ability to connect technology investments to tangible business outcomes, such as revenue growth, cost reduction, or risk mitigation.
