Your impact

This is a critical, customer-obsessed role at the frontline of Mollie's mission. You'll be the first point of contact for our merchants, ensuring they get the excellent support they need to succeed and grow. Your impact is immediate: you help make our customers proud to work with us by providing outstanding, proactive service.

You'll do more than just answer questions - you'll be the voice of the customer, using their feedback to drive real, innovative changes within Mollie. This role is about listening, solving problems fast, and making a direct contribution to the customer experience.
