JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking a proactive and reliable Virtual Assistant to support our business across administrative tasks, customer communication, and light sales and marketing activities. This role is ideal for someone highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across multiple functions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Administrative & Data Management
Manage inboxes, respond to emails, and organise communications
Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate customer data
Perform digital filing, document preparation, and data entry tasks
Handle basic phone calls and follow-ups as required
2. Sales & Customer Support
Conduct outbound calls for lead follow-ups, appointment setting, and collections
Support the sales process by scheduling meetings and maintaining pipeline updates
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and prospects
3. Digital Marketing Support (Light)
Assist with basic marketing tasks such as social media posting and content scheduling
Support brand promotion initiatives as needed
Help maintain consistency across digital channels
Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
High attention to detail and accuracy in data management and documentation
Confident using email platforms, CRM systems, and general business tools
Ability to multitask and work independently in a remote environment
Comfortable making outbound calls for sales follow-ups and collections
Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms (desirable)
Experience in a Virtual Assistant, Administrative, Customer Service, or similar role (1–2 years preferred)
