Our client is a fast-growing jewelry brand with an established ambassador ecosystem. They are focused on bringing more structure, direction, and performance to their affiliate efforts by transforming the channel into a scalable and intentional revenue driver.
Fully remote | 9 AM - 5 PM EST
The Affiliate Program Manager will own and optimize the brand’s ambassador and affiliate ecosystem, focusing on engagement, performance, and scalability. This role is centered on managing an existing network, improving communication and processes, and ensuring the program contributes meaningfully to revenue growth.
Program Ownership & Strategy
Own the structure, processes, and long-term strategy of the ambassador program
Develop scalable systems for activation, engagement, and performance tracking
Establish campaign cadence and program rhythm
Ambassador Communication & Engagement
Serve as the primary point of contact for ambassador communications
Create and distribute monthly briefs, campaign guidelines, and updates
Ensure ambassadors remain aligned, informed, and engaged
Affiliate & Revenue Optimization
Monitor and improve affiliate performance across the program
Identify top performers and areas for growth
Implement strategies to increase revenue contribution
Campaign & Content Coordination
Align ambassador efforts with product launches and marketing initiatives
Provide direction on content themes, messaging, and priorities
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistency
Ensure ambassador-generated content is aligned and effectively distributed across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and other relevant channels
Platform & Tool Management
Manage platforms such as LoudCrowd, ShopMy, or similar tools
Maintain organized systems for tracking and reporting
Reporting & Insights
Track key metrics including participation, engagement, and sales
Deliver insights and recommendations
Continuously optimize program performance
Experience
3–5+ years of experience in affiliate, ambassador, partnerships, or community roles
Experience with e-commerce or consumer brands preferred
Skills
Strong communication and organizational skills
Experience managing structured programs or communities
Familiarity with affiliate or ambassador platforms
Understanding of content performance across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube, and similar platforms, and its impact on affiliate results
