As a Customer support Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our Russian-speaking clientele. Whether you are providing technical troubleshooting or answering general inquiries, your goal is to maintain the highest levels of customer satisfaction. Your Responsibilities:
- Assist customers via phone, email, and live chat in native-level Russian.

What We Are Looking For:
- Native-level fluency in Russian is mandatory for this position.
- Good command of the English language (B2 level or higher) for reporting and training.
- Valid work permit or residency for Portugal is essential.
