Summary
We’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager who thrives at the intersection of strategy, storytelling, and execution. In this role, you’ll support go-to-market efforts across product launches, campaigns, and ongoing seasonal moments — helping bring new features and experiences to life in a way that’s clear, compelling, and customer-first.
You'll partner closely with Product, Marketing, Operations, and Revenue teams to shape how we show up — translating complex product updates into high-impact campaigns, clear positioning, and messaging that drives engagement. You take ownership of your workstreams end-to-end and know how to rally a cross-functional team around a launch.
You're energized by variety — comfortable owning a GTM strategy in the morning and diving into campaign execution in the afternoon. You're comfortable using AI tools to accelerate your work — whether that's synthesizing research, building first-pass briefs, or iterating on messaging — and you know when to lean in and when to apply a critical eye.
Key Responsibilities
- Positioning & messaging strategy: Develop and maintain product positioning and messaging frameworks that differentiate ExpertVoice for key audiences. Translate market and user insights into narratives that align the business and resonate with experts and brand partners.
- Go-to-market execution: Own end-to-end campaign execution for product launches, feature rollouts, and promotional moments. Help bring GTM plans to life across channels — ensuring timelines, assets, and messaging are aligned.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Partner with Product, Marketing, Operations, and Revenue teams to translate product updates into clear, actionable campaigns. Keep teams aligned on priorities, deliverables, and launch readiness.
- Performance insights: Monitor campaign performance and contribute to reporting that highlights key wins, learnings, and opportunities. Use insights to help optimize future launches and messaging.
- Operational excellence: Support tools and workflows that keep campaigns running smoothly. Identify opportunities to improve processes, enhance collaboration, and scale impact across the marketing org.
- AI-assisted workflows: Leverage AI writing and productivity tools to move faster without sacrificing quality. Help the team identify and adopt emerging tools that improve how we create, test, and iterate on content and campaigns.
- Campaign & launch support: Lead launch readiness — coordinating assets, managing dependencies, and ensuring cross-team execution stays on track.
- Content & enablement: Support the development of campaign briefs, product one-pagers, and internal documentation. Help refine positioning and ensure consistency across all marketing efforts.
Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in product marketing, marketing, or campaign management with a strong focus on cross-functional execution
- Proven track record of owning go-to-market strategies — from positioning and planning through launch and optimization
- Comfortable translating complex product updates into clear, engaging, and actionable messaging
- Familiarity with campaign planning, content development, and sales enablement support
- Data-informed mindset with experience tracking performance and applying insights to improve results
- Familiarity with tools like monday.com, Jira, Pendo, Figma, Notion or similar platforms
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in driving projects forward
- Experience leading go-to-market efforts across B2B and B2C audiences, ideally within a marketplace environment, is a plus
- Hands-on experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude or similar) to accelerate content creation, research, or campaign development
- Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment — able to manage multiple concurrent projects, context-switch effectively, and maintain quality across workstreams without losing momentum
