We are looking for you, a Customer Care Representative who will be instrumental in providing an excellent service by ensuring implementation of key practices and initiatives that increase the efficiency our commercial sales activities in Morocco.

As part of our team, you will be a first point of contact for our customers, reinforcing our Business-to-Customer service, and working with several team members and stakeholders to ensure a flawless service.

These are some of the tasks of the role:

  • Process sales order in the ERP system as per the care working procedures, from various entry channels (including facilitating the product availability, alternative finding, initiating and/or multi-tint productions, facilitating the timely delivery, invoicing process, archiving, etc).

  • Prioritize orders in case of shortages as per the customer classification, coordinate return orders and issuing related credit notes.

  • Proactively own the outbound and inbound communication with the customers, ensuring a professional communication level and a phenomenal customer experience.

  • Any general task and/or activity may be required and related to the above functions in accordance with the business requirements of the company.

Reporting to the Regional Customer Care Manager, you will have the outstanding opportunity to agree with a truly exciting team and colleagues, working at our Hempel’s offices located in Morocco – Casablanca

  • Experience and/or strong curiosity about dynamic Business-to-Customer service environments.

  • Knowledge of ERP systems (Microsoft preferred). Experience with CRM systems is appreciated.

  • Expertise in the paint sector is valuable but not required.

  • Proficient communication skills in French and English (this requirement is indispensable for the role). However, if you speak Spanish, Portuguese, or any other European language, we encourage you to apply as well.
