Role Overview

We are hiring an AI Social Media Specialist to focus on content creation, experimentation, and optimization using AI-driven tools. This role is ideal for a hands-on social media professional who enjoys testing formats, refining prompts, and improving performance through continuous iteration.

Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality social content using AI tools, templates, and prompts

• Customize AI-generated content for different platforms and audiences

• Test content variations and formats to improve engagement and reach

• Analyze post-level performance and recommend optimizations

• Support campaign launches and thematic content series

• Maintain consistency in brand voice across AI-assisted outputs

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience creating social media content for brands or businesses

• Strong hands-on experience using AI tools for content generation and editing

• Prior experience working remotely is mandatory, including fluency with remote collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana (or similar), and experience working with US or UK-based companies; applications without this experience will not be considered

• Solid understanding of platform-specific content best practices

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple content tasks

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience experimenting with prompts, formats, or short-form video

• Familiarity with social media analytics and performance reporting

• Experience in fast-paced, content-heavy environments

Tools & Technology

• AI Tools: ChatGPT, Jasper, Midjourney, or similar

• Social Platforms & Analytics: Native platform tools, Sprout, Hootsuite

• Collaboration: Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace
