Job description

Martek Global Services, Inc. (“Martek”) is working a proposal with the Federal Retirement Thrift Investment Board Policy and Acquisition Support Services. We are currently looking for a SharePoint / Power Platform Developer with the required specialized training and experience outlined below.

Responsibilities & Duties
The SharePoint / Power Platform Developer designs, develops, and maintains SharePoint and Microsoft 365-based solutions to support acquisition workflows, collaboration, and document management.

Administer SharePoint Online sites, libraries, and applications
Develop and maintain workflows using Power Automate and Power Apps
Troubleshoot and optimize SharePoint solutions and legacy workflows
Integrate SharePoint with Teams, Outlook, and other M365 tools
Develop user documentation and training materials
Ensure compliance with governance, security, and accessibility standards
Recommend continuous improvements to system usability and performance

Job Qualifications:

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (IT or related field)
5+ years SharePoint Online and M365 experience
Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
Strong troubleshooting and system integration skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting federal environments
Knowledge of Section 508 accessibility requirements
