Job description

Martek Global Services, Inc. (“Martek”) is working a proposal with the Federal Retirement Thrift Investment Board Policy and Acquisition Support Services. We are currently looking for a Contract Data / Systems Analyst (Database SME) with the required specialized training and experience outlined below.

Responsibilities & Duties
The Contract Data / Systems Analyst (Database SME) serves as a subject matter expert supporting contract databases, reporting systems, and analytics. Ensuring data integrity, usability, and actionable insights for acquisition decision-making.

Design, develop, and maintain contract databases and reporting tools
Build dashboards and reports using Power BI, Excel, and SQL-based tools
Perform data extraction, validation, and reconciliation
Conduct trend analysis on contract actions, obligations, and expenditures
Support system testing, documentation, and quality assurance
Assist in system transitions and legacy data migration
Provide technical troubleshooting and advisory support

Job Qualifications:

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (IT, Data Analytics, or related field)
5+ years experience with data systems and reporting tools
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Power BI, SharePoint) and SQL
Experience supporting federal data environments

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with PRISM or federal acquisition systems
Experience supporting data modernization or system migrations
