Production Support Engineer

We are seeking a Production Support Engineer to support day-to-day operations of AI-driven applications, data platforms, and client-facing systems. This role is responsible for maintaining system stability, monitoring performance, and resolving production issues across environments leveraging AWS, Azure, Tableau, Power BI, and DealCloud CRM.

This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with strong troubleshooting skills and experience supporting cloud-based and data-driven applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide L1/L2 production support for applications, data pipelines, and integrations
  • Monitor systems and respond to alerts, incidents, and service disruptions
  • Troubleshoot issues across cloud environments (AWS, Azure) and escalate when needed
  • Support data pipelines (ETL/ELT) and validate data feeding into reporting tools (Tableau, Power BI)
  • Assist in troubleshooting API integrations and microservices-based systems
  • Support CRM integrations (DealCloud) and related workflows
  • Document issues, resolutions, and runbooks/SOPs for recurring problems
  • Work with engineering and QA teams to ensure smooth deployments and production readiness
  • Participate in on-call rotations as needed
  • Assist in identifying opportunities for automation and process improvements


Requirements

Required Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of experience in Production Support, Application Support, or IT Operations
  • Experience supporting systems in AWS and/or Azure environments
  • Basic understanding of data pipelines and ETL processes
  • Strong SQL skills for data validation and troubleshooting
  • Familiarity with monitoring tools (e.g., Datadog, Splunk, CloudWatch, Azure Monitor)
  • Experience with API troubleshooting or integration support
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira)
  • Basic scripting knowledge (e.g., Python, Bash, or PowerShell)

Salary: 55,000 - 85,000
