Job description

This is a remote position.

JOB OVERVIEW We are looking for an Oracle CC&B/C2M/CCS Solution Architect with deep expertise in OUAF and experience in leading the full lifecycle of Oracle CC&B/C2M/CCS implementations. The role requires strong technical and functional knowledge to design scalable, integrated solutions covering Customer Care, Billing, and Meter Data Management. Candidate will be responsible for system architecture, solution design, integration strategy, proof of concepts, configuration governance, and technical oversight throughout the implementation.

The candidate should have proven capability in architecture design, cross-system integrations, environment strategy, performance tuning, and guiding development teams to align with client business requirements. Years of Experience: 8 - 15 Years Position Requirements: ● Candidate should have a strong background in implementing Oracle CC&B (Customer Care & Billing) and C2M/CCS solutions across Power Generation, Transmission, and Distribution for Electric, Gas, and Water services. ● Define the overall C2M architecture, covering Customer Care, Meter Data Management, Billing, and CIS integration.
● Design Seamless data flows between customer, meter, and billing processes.
● Establish technical standards, scalability strategies, and system performance benchmarks.
● Should have hands-on experience in implementation of CC&B or other OUAF framework-based products. At least 2 full-cycle implementation project experience is a must. ● Solution and Design technical components translating functional requirements using Oracle Customer Care and Billing (CC&B) / C2M /CCS
● Understand customer business processes/functional specifications and independently drive technical solutioning to delivery.
● Should have hands-on experience in design and development of the Oracle Utilities Application framework (OUAF) components (Java - Batch process, Algorithm, Change Handler, Page Services), Configuration Tools (BPA/Plug in/Service/Groovy scripting, portals, UI Maps, Zones, Business service, Business Object etc.) and Interfaces (Inbound & Outbound - XAI, IWS) and cloud concepts Must have skills:
Strong expertise in both CC&B and MDM functionalities ● Hands-on experience with web services, APIs, SOA, and Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF). ● Deep knowledge of meter-to-cash and customer-to-meter processes. ● OUAF Configuration tools, SQL, Groovy Scripting
● Oracle C2M Designer or architect experience with the Oracle Utilities Application Framework(OUAF) (Algorithm, User Exit, Batch, Page Maintenance Extension, Advance Script, Business Service, Business Object, Query Zone, XAI Service, Search Service, Page Service, Interceptors and UI Map) Oracle BIP, Crystal Report"
