Job Title: Arabic Translator & Content Writer (6-Month
Contract)

Contract Duration: 6 months
Overview
We are seeking a highly proficient Arabic Translator & Content Writer to support a UK-based
client on a 6-month project. This role is focused on translating website content from English
into high-quality, culturally appropriate Arabic.
This is not an SEO content role — the emphasis is on accurate, fluent translation and
maintaining tone, clarity, and brand voice across languages.
Key Responsibilities
● Translate website content from English to Arabic with a high degree of accuracy and
fluency
● Adapt content to ensure cultural relevance for Arabic-speaking audiences
● Maintain consistency in tone, style, and messaging across all translated materials
● Review and refine translations to meet a professional, publication-ready standard
● Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure content aligns with client expectations
● Ensure all work meets a high written standard (equivalent to A-level writing quality or
above)
Requirements
● Native or near-native proficiency in Arabic (written and spoken)
● Strong command of English (written and spoken)
● Proven experience in translation and/or content writing (Arabic & English)
● Excellent writing skills with attention to grammar, tone, and detail
● Ability to produce clear, accurate, and well-structured written content
● Experience translating website or digital content is highly desirable
● Ability to work independently in a remote environment
● Based in South Africa (preferred)
Desirable Skills
● Experience working with UK-based clients or international teams
● Familiarity with localisation (not just direct translation)
● Experience using CMS platforms or content tools
Working Arrangement
● Fully remote role
● Collaboration with a UK-based client across time zones
● Project-based engagement for 6 months
