Position Title: Operations Specialist
Work Set-up: Work from Home
Schedule: Monday - Friday
Salary: Php 55, 000 – Php 65,000
The Operations Specialist will manage daily operational workflows, optimize business systems, and execute social media strategies. This role combines technical expertise with creative marketing execution to support company growth and efficiency.
Responsibilities as an Operations Specialist
- System Management:
Manage and optimize CRM platforms such as GoHighLevel and other tech systems to support lead generation, client communication, and campaign tracking.
- Marketing Automation:
Set up, monitor, and maintain marketing automation tools like Reply.io and similar applications to enhance outreach efficiency and engagement.
- Social Media Operations:
Oversee content creation, scheduling, and posting across social media platforms including TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency and timely content delivery.
- Process Optimization:
Identify and implement improvements to operational workflows, ensuring all systems integrate effectively and support business objectives.
- Performance Tracking:
Monitor analytics and generate reports on campaign performance, social media engagement, and system efficiency to inform strategic decisions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with marketing, sales, and leadership teams to align operational strategies with company goals.
Qualifications as an Operations Specialist
- Experience: Minimum 5+ years in operations, marketing operations, or a related role.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficient in CRM systems (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
- Experienced with marketing automation tools (Reply.io, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, etc.)
- Strong understanding of social media management platforms (Later, Buffer, Hootsuite, etc.)
- Creative Skills:
- Ability to assist with content creation (graphics, short-form videos, captions).
- Familiarity with social media trends, especially on TikTok and Instagram.
- Analytical Skills:
- Strong data interpretation and reporting abilities.
- Experience using analytics dashboards to track KPIs.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a digital marketing agency or SaaS environment.
- Familiarity with project management tools (Asana, ClickUp, Trello).
- Basic knowledge of graphic design or video editing tools (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite).
