Requirements:

  • Manage and optimize Google Ads and Microsoft Ads campaigns, including asset creation, ongoing optimization, daily checks, and detailed performance reporting
  • Run Meta (Facebook and Instagram) advertising, manage associated creative and reporting, and create/schedule organic posts
  • Produce a monthly marketing output including a newsletter and assist with monthly promotional planning, plus keyword research for SEO/SEM
  • Monitor digital marketing performance metrics, analyze data to identify trends, derive actionable insights, and implement optimizations

Job description

Position Title: Digital Marketing Specialist
Work Set-up: Work from Home
Schedule: Schedule: 1:30PM to 10:00PM PHT (6:30AM to 3:00 PM UK Hours)
Salary: PHP 50,000 to PHP 80,000
Holidays: UK Holidays

We are looking for a highly analytical, proactive, and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist with a strong focus on paid advertising management and performance monitoring.
This role is primarily responsible for managing, optimising, and safeguarding paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Meta platforms, while also supporting social media execution and monthly marketing initiatives.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Your Responsibilities as a Digital Marketing Specialist will be:

Advertising Management (50%)
Managing and maintaining detailed Google Ads and Microsoft Ads campaigns.
This includes:
• Creating the required imagery and banner assets
• Ongoing optimisation
• Conduct daily account checks (spend, pacing, anomalies, etc)
• Detailed performance reports
• Recommendations for improvements

Social Media (Meta Advertising) (25%)
Running Meta advertising campaigns and managing associated creative, reporting and daily/weekly posts.
• Manage Meta (Facebook and Instagram) ads
• Create and schedule organic posts
• Develop engaging, brand-aligned content
• Monitor and optimise performance

Monthly Marketing Output (25%)
Producing a monthly newsletter and assisting with monthly promotional planning.

Conduct keyword research and develop SEO/ SEM strategies to increase organic traffic and improve search engine rankings
Monitor and analyse digital marketing performance metrics, identify trends, and provide insights and recommendations to optimise performance.
Develop other initiatives to boost the company’s brand and growth.



Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or related field
• At least 3-5 years of proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful digital campaigns yielding to more leads and customers for the business.
• Proven experience working with UK and other international client markets.
• In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, particularly with Instagram, Facebook etc.
• Design/ Creative Background and proficient in software such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop and Ilustrator etc.
• Proficiency in content creation and storytelling across various digital platforms
• Basic video editing/ video creation skills
• Strong SEO/SEM skills, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and link-building strategies.
• Experience with handling Paid Ads and analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively.
• Experience working with a similar business/niche is a plus
