A day in the life.
We are looking for an energetic, positive person to join the Marsh McLennan Agency Northeast Retirement Services Team. Reporting to the Director of Financial Wellness within our Retirement Services practice, this position will be responsible for delivering individual retirement education and financial wellness materials to our client’s employees and plan participants, both in-person and virtually. In addition, you will assist the team with retention and new business development goals and opportunities.
The ideal candidate would be someone who is a self-starter, motivated to succeed and adaptable to change; able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, where the client is the focus and delivering outstanding service is the priority.

The applicable base salary range for this role is $63,200 to $117,900.The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
