We are hiring a Product Owner to join Bullhorn’s Automation product line. This is a highly strategic and valuable product line for our customers. Customers leverage Bullhorn automation for workflow automation, engagement orchestration, screening, match and desk-level productivity across a global customer base.This role sits at the center of complex, high-scale product delivery. You will partner with Product Management, Engineering, Data/AI teams, UX, Customer Success, and strategic customers to bring advanced automation capabilities to life for thousands of staffing firms.
Running discovery sessions with enterprise customers to validate automation workflows
Translating strategic product direction into detailed epics and user stories
Leading backlog refinement and sprint planning across multiple complex initiatives
Partnering with AI and engineering teams to clarify model behavior, edge cases, and workflow logic
Working through cross-product integration dependencies
Defining release scope and communicating enablement plans to internal teams
Triage and prioritization of customer escalations in alignment with roadmap commitments
Ensuring the team deeply understands customer impact and business value
You have 3+ years working in product ownership or product delivery roles
You thrive in complex, technical environments
You enjoy translating strategy into execution
You are comfortable working across AI-driven systems and workflow engines
You are detail-oriented but able to zoom out to see strategic impact
You are confident making prioritization decisions under ambiguity
You bring strong ownership and accountability
Experience in Enterprise B2B SaaS
Experience with workflow automation platforms
Exposure to AI/ML-powered products
CRM or ATS domain knowledge
Staffing or recruiting industry experience
Experience working on high-scale, high-visibility products
The annual base salary range for this position is $ $90,144 - $118,314. In addition, this role is eligible for an annual target bonus & a comprehensive benefits package.
