Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Ownership & Strategy
Own P&L for the e-commerce business and deliver revenue and profitability targets.
Define and execute growth strategies across D2C website and global marketplaces.
Identify new channels, partnerships, and expansion opportunities.
2. Revenue Growth & Performance Marketing
Lead digital acquisition strategy across paid media, SEO, affiliates, and social commerce.
Optimize marketing spends to achieve target ROAS and CAC benchmarks.
Plan and execute large-scale campaigns, sales events, and promotional calendars.
3. Marketplace & Global Channel Management
Lead relationships and performance across key international marketplaces (Amazon Global, Walmart, eBay, Noon, Jumia, etc.).
Optimize listings, pricing strategies (condition-based), and ad performance.
Ensure compliance with platform SLAs, ratings, and metrics.
4. Operations & Supply Chain Alignment
Work closely with logistics teams to ensure smooth international fulfillment.
Optimize inventory planning, demand forecasting, and returns management for refurbished devices.
5. Data Analytics & Insights
Establish data-driven decision-making across all e-commerce functions.
Monitor key metrics: revenue, traffic, conversion rate, AOV, and funnel performance.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing; MBA preferred.
Experience: 8+ years in e-commerce/digital business with a focus on scaling online revenue.
Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce. Proficiency in GA4, Excel, and BI tools.
Advantage: Prior experience in the Refurbished/Recommerce ecosystem (product grading and condition-based pricing).
