CQ Partners works with Private Practices, ENT Practices, and Hospitals and Universities to grow practices, develop providers as leaders, and help them connect with patients in need of hearing care. To support this goal, CQ Partners executes on its four pillars of value: patient-generating marketing, next-level business support, operational excellence, and strategic partners and programs.

 

This role is critical to the execution and tracking of specialty sales initiatives to include the CQ Partners’ Upgrade program, IRIS+, Loans, Equipment Co-Ops, Extract, and any other programs designated by CQ Partners to drive company and customer growth.

 

This is a fully remote position that is salary plus commission based. 

Responsibilities:
  • Formalize, implement, and operationalize specialty initiatives and executive coaching programs, including structure, cadence, deliverables, and measurable outcomes.
  • Prioritize projects, coaching engagements, and related activities in accordance with the direction of the VP of Specialty Sales
  • Plan and execute cross-functional processes with internal departments, Account Managers, and clients to ensure measurable success for specialty initiatives and coaching engagements
  • Facilitate executive and team-based coaching sessions with practice owners, providers, and front-office leaders to support performance, accountability, and engagement
  • Monitor, quantify, and analyze data from all initiatives, including specialty projects and coaching outcomes
  • Present outcomes, insights, and recommendations to management and leadership teams; develop action plans to support improvement and change
  • Guide goal setting, forecasting, and performance planning for individual projects, teams, and coaching participants
  • Foster new and maintain existing relationships with vendor partners, internal stakeholders, and client leadership teams
  • Apply creative problem-solving approaches that support CQ Partners’ objectives and client success
  • Evaluate and assess strengths and weaknesses of processes, programs, teams, and leadership behaviors to recommend refinements that improve effectiveness and results

The pay range for this position is expected to be between $70000 to $75000 per year; however, while the salary range is effective as of the date of this posting, fluctuations in the job market may necessitate adjustments to pay ranges. Further, final pay determinations will depend on various factors, including but not limited to experience level, knowledge, skills, and abilities. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, such as bonus, commissions, or discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
