Customer Service Professional with Croatian

Fullly remote position (Poland based)

Salary: 39 PLN gross per hour, we offer an employment contract or mandate contract.
Monthly salary: 6400–7300 PLN gross.

The position is based on an equivalent working time system.

 

Your daily tasks:  

  • Providing the highest level of customer service (Chat/E-mail/Phone);
  • Helping patients who are using medical equipment;  
  • Answering incoming calls and meeting targets set by the customer and management;  
  • Following company policies and procedures, ensuring quality; 

 

What do we expect from you?  

  • Language: Proficiency in Croatian (C2/native) and English (B2);
  • Experience: Cool if you have experience in medical project/interest in diabetes related topics;
  • Technology: Knowledge of MS Office and developed computer skills;   
  • Personality: Motivated and enthusiastic
