Purpose of the role
The Enterprise Account Executive is a senior, enterprise sales role within the Global Business Development team, responsible for driving strategic revenue growth across Keyloop’s largest and most complex global customers, including OEMs, fleet operators, and financial institutions.
Reporting to VP of Enterprise Sales, this role owns long-term enterprise account strategy, develops trusted C-suite and board-level relationships, and positions Keyloop as a long-term transformation partner. The role carries accountability for ARR and bookings targets, leading complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and securing multi-year, multi-solution agreements.
Revenue Growth and New Business
Own and deliver against an enterprise-level ARR and bookings target
Build and execute multi-year strategic account plans for named global enterprise accounts
Identify, qualify, and secure new enterprise customers across OEM, fleet, and financial ecosystems
Lead complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles end-to-end
Drive double-digit year-on-year growth through new business, expansion, and renewals
Lead commercial negotiations, including pricing, contract structure, and multi-year agreements
Enterprise Account Management
Build and maintain trusted relationships with C level and senior decision makers
Understand customer business challenges and align Keyloop solutions to strategic priorities
Coordinate internal teams to deliver compelling, value led propositions
Ensure a smooth transition from sale to implementation in partnership with delivery teams
Solution and Value Selling
Position the full Keyloop portfolio, including data, digital retailing, DMS, and platform solutions
Articulate clear business outcomes and ROI for enterprise customers
Work closely with solution consultants to design scalable, enterprise grade solutions
Stakeholder and Internal Collaboration
Act as the senior owner, or “CEO”, of assigned enterprise accounts
Align and orchestrate cross-functional teams including pre-sales, product, customer success, legal, and finance
Partner with marketing and alliances on account-based strategies and thought leadership initiatives
Collaborate with regional sales teams to ensure global alignment where required
Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting through CRM systems
Market and Industry Insight
Maintain a strong understanding of automotive retail, OEM, and mobility trends
Track competitor activity and provide feedback to influence product and go to market strategy
Represent Keyloop at industry events and executive briefings
Skills and Experience
8–10+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS or technology sales
Proven track record of exceeding quota and closing large, complex enterprise deals
Experience selling to OEMs, fleet operators, or financial services organisations
Demonstrated success driving multi-million ARR growth across enterprise accounts
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to structure and negotiate complex agreements
Ability to build and maintain C-suite and board-level relationships
Experience leading and influencing cross-functional teams without direct authority
Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive storytelling skills
Background in automotive retail, mobility, or adjacent enterprise software markets
Experience selling multi-solution or platform-based offerings
Familiarity with MEDDICC or similar enterprise sales methodologies
Experience operating across multiple regions or global accounts
