BIG is seeking a Creatio Developer with 2+ years of hands-on experience to join our Creatio practice. In this role, you will work closely with Business Analysts, Solution Architects, and clients to design, configure, and deliver Creatio-based CRM and process automation solutions.

This role is ideal for someone early in their development career who enjoys working with low-code/no-code platforms, learning modern CRM technologies, and contributing to end-to-end solution delivery in a consulting environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and customize Creatio CRM applications using low-code / no-code tools
• Build and maintain business processes, workflows, and automation logic in Creatio
• Customize UI components, pages, sections, and dashboards
• Support development of user stories, acceptance criteria, and solution designs
• Assist with C#/.NET customizations to extend Creatio functionality when required
• Support integrations between Creatio and external systems using REST APIs
• Collaborate with Business Analysts to translate requirements into working solutions
• Participate in testing, UAT, and deployment activities
• Troubleshoot issues and support post-go-live enhancements
• Contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing
• Work within an Agile delivery model, participating in sprint ceremonies
• Use tools such as Jira and Azure DevOps to track work and progress

Required Skills & Experience

• 2+ years of experience working with Creatio
• Hands-on experience with Creatio configuration, workflows, and business rules
• Basic working knowledge of C# and .NET
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Understanding of CRM concepts and customer lifecycle processes
• Exposure to system integrations and APIs
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Good communication and collaboration skills
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

Nice to Have

• Creatio certification (Developer or Analyst)
• Prior consulting or client-facing experience
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps or Jira
• Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
• Interest in growing toward a senior developer or solution architect path
