Summary

Are you passionate about building the backbone of a data-driven organization? We are looking for a Senior Developer to lead the evolution of our cloud data ecosystem. This is an exciting opportunity to move beyond traditional ETL and pioneer agentic AI workflows and self-healing pipelines within a modern Snowflake environment. You won't just be moving data; you will be architecting a high-performance, automated data engine that empowers real-time decision-making across the entire business.

Key Responsibilities

The primary responsibilities for this role include (but are not limited to):

• Design and build robust data integration workflows using Python, SQL, and Node.js.

• Manage and optimize our Snowflake data warehouse, including performance tuning of complex stored procedures, implementation of advanced clustering keys, and managing cost-efficient virtual warehouses.

• Develop self-healing data pipelines with integrated state logging and audit mechanisms. By implementing advanced tracking (such as MD5 hashing for change detection), you will ensure data integrity and high availability across all production sets.

• Partner with Customers and team leads translate business requirements into technical data models.

Minimum Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in data engineering, with a heavy focus on ETL/ELT methodologies

• Expert-level SQL and Snowflake proficiency, including hands-on experience with Snowflake Cortex, Tasks, Streams, and Snowpark.

• Deep experience with advanced SQL, Python and Streamlit

• Proven track record of building automated pipelines that handle high-volume API integrations and complex JSON flattening.

• Performance Tuning Expertise: Demonstrated ability to debug long-running procedures and optimize warehouse utilization to manage costs effectively.

• Experience with DevOps/DataOps: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git version control, and infrastructure-as-code.

• Analytical Problem-Solving: Ability to independently diagnose pipeline bottlenecks and implement permanent architectural fixes.

• Strong Communication Skills: Ability to explain complex technical architectures to non-technical stakeholders clearly and concisely

Desirable Skills

• Experience with Generative AI and LLMs to automate DDL generation or metadata management.

• Knowledge of Contact Center analytics , Genesys.

• Knowledge of Streamlit application
