Platform Engineer - Azure and Terraform

The role

We are on the lookout for the motivated and experienced Platform engineers with a focus on Azure and Terraform. You will have a lot of autonomy in a Platform role in the team, you can take a lot of decisions in the area, you will also have space to pair with developers from the team and exapnd your knowledge.

What's important to us

• You have a technical-related degree and/or equivalent professional qualification
• You are communicative and have an open-minded personality 
• You are fluent in English (both written and oral)
• At least 3 years of experience with Azure, or equivalent experience across cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) with a strong focus on Azure
• Working experience with Terraform
• Solid understanding of CI/CD tools - Azure DevOps and Gitlab
• Solid knowledge of Docker
• Exposure to Azure Functions and App Services – e.g Storage, Compute, Scurity and Networking 
• Working experience with versioning tools – e.g Jira and Git 
• Experience with monitoring for services – e.g Azure Monitoring
• Experience with scripting - e.g PowerShell/Bash
• Working in an agile team, with a good understanding of the concepts, practical experience
• Experience in visualizing software architecture and documenting relevant technical concepts and decisions
• Knowledge of best practices in security and infrastructure as code
• Windows Server Admin - Ability to RDP and health check a VM if needed.
