HUMAN RESOURCES GENERALIST (BILINGUAL - ENGLISH/SPANISH) - CARROLLTON, TX


 

OVERVIEW:
The Human Resources Generalist (Bilingual - English/Spanish) is pivotal in providing comprehensive HR support across various organizational functions. This position executes HR programs, policies, and procedures to foster a positive work environment and support the achievement of organizational objectives.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, screening candidates, and conducting interviews.

  • Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires and departures.

  • Administer employee benefits programs and address benefits eligibility, enrollment, and claims inquiries.

  • Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and employment laws.

  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.

  • Assist in performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and employee development plans.

  • Support HR initiatives and projects to enhance employee engagement, retention, and organizational effectiveness.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address HR-related issues and promote a positive work culture.


WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in HR administration or a similar role.

  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Must be bilingual in English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate professionally and effectively in both written and verbal settings.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
