Senior FP&A Lead (Fractional / Part-Time, Remote)

Overview

We are a profitable, U.S.-based consumer wellness brand with patented products sold across direct-to-consumer, Amazon, TikTok Shop, and major retail partners. With approximately $20M in annual revenue and a clear path toward $50M+, the company is entering its next phase of scale.

While the accounting foundation is strong, there is a critical need to build robust FP&A capabilities, including forecasting, channel-level profitability, and actionable financial insights.

We are seeking a Senior FP&A Lead to take full ownership of financial planning and analysis. This is a high-impact, senior individual contributor role—not a junior analyst or reporting function. You will operate independently and partner closely with the Founder and leadership team to drive strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

FP&A Ownership

• Own financial modeling, forecasting, and scenario planning across the business
• Build and maintain weekly and monthly management reporting
• Translate accounting data into clear, decision-ready insights for leadership

Channel Profitability

• Develop and maintain detailed P&Ls by channel (DTC, Amazon, TikTok Shop, wholesale)
• Analyze SKU-level margins, including platform fees, creator commissions, fulfillment, freight, tariffs, and chargebacks
• Identify key profitability drivers, risks, and opportunities across channels

Forecasting & Cash Planning

• Build rolling forecasts and multiple growth scenarios
• Forecast cash flow and align with inventory planning needs
• Support financial planning for scaling from $20M to $50M+ revenue

Marketing & Growth Economics

• Analyze customer acquisition cost (CAC), contribution margins, and ROI by channel
• Evaluate creator and affiliate economics, particularly within TikTok Shop
• Support pricing strategy and growth initiatives with data-driven insights

Strategic Decision Support

• Partner directly with the Founder and leadership team on key initiatives
• Provide financial insights to support strategic planning and future diligence efforts
• Act as a trusted advisor on financial performance and growth strategy

Requirements

• 7+ years of FP&A experience in consumer, eCommerce, or retail businesses
• Hands-on experience with DTC, Amazon, TikTok Shop, or marketplace channels
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets with strong financial modeling capabilities
• Comfortable working with incomplete or imperfect data and building structure from ambiguity
• Proven ability to operate independently without day-to-day supervision
• Experience supporting companies scaling from $20M to $50M+ revenue is strongly preferred
