  • Source, vet, and onboard TikTok creators aligned with campaign goals; manage influencer outreach, negotiations, contracts, and content delivery; oversee content approvals, posting schedules, and brand compliance; hold creators accountable to timelines and quality standards.
  • Own influencer campaign timelines from kickoff through completion; track live content, usage rights, whitelisting approvals, and deliverables; coordinate with paid media teams on Spark Ads and scaling content; maintain organized influencer databases and documentation.
  • Monitor and track KPIs (views, engagement, CTR, CPA, ROAS); deliver clear, client-ready performance summaries and insights; identify high-performing creators and repeatable content patterns; recommend data-backed optimizations to improve results.

About the Role

This role sits within the Influencer & Creator Marketing category and is responsible for managing TikTok influencer programs end-to-end. The position is highly client-facing and requires someone who can balance creators, internal teams, and brand stakeholders while maintaining structure, timelines, and performance standards.

This is an execution + ownership role—not just outreach. You’ll be expected to run clean influencer programs that clients trust and creators respect.

Core Responsibilities

Client Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
