Scope of the role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Video Editor with experience in creating high-converting Meta ads. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and comfortable working collaboratively with a performance marketing team. You should be able to take campaign concepts and transform them into visually compelling ad creatives that drive results. Strong communication skills and a portfolio of past ad work are required.

Responsibilities:

  • Edit and produce short-form and long-form videos for Meta ads campaigns.
  • Translate campaign concepts and briefs into high-converting ad creatives.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency and messaging alignment.
  • Optimize video assets for different Meta formats, placements, and audiences.
  • Provide creative input to enhance ad storytelling, pacing, and visual appeal.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

  • Proven experience as a video editor, with a portfolio showcasing Meta/Facebook/Instagram ads.
  • Strong storytelling and creative editing skills tailored for social media performance campaigns.
  • Excellent command of English and communication skills for clear collaboration with the team.
  • Familiarity with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent.
  • Understanding of Meta ad specs, formats, and best practices.
  • Highly organized, detail-orientated, and able to manage multiple deadlines.

Nice-to-Have:

  • Experience with motion graphics and animation for social media.
  • Understanding of performance marketing metrics and how creatives impact ad performance.
  • Experience working in an agency or high-volume content production environment.
