Scope of the role:

We’re seeking a Performance Graphic Designer with a proven track record in creating high-converting visuals for paid social, email, and onsite campaigns. You’ll collaborate closely with the Growth, Retention, and Creative teams to design assets that drive measurable business results across Meta, TikTok, Google Display, and beyond.

Responsibilities:

  • Design static and motion assets for paid channels (Meta, TikTok, Google, YouTube, Pinterest).
  • Collaborate with performance marketing teams to concept and test new creative variations, headlines, hooks, and formats.
  • Build and maintain an evolving creative library of top-performing ads.
  • Analyze creative performance data to iterate and optimize based on CTR, CVR, and ROAS.
  • Ensure brand consistency across performance channels while allowing for experimentation and speed.
  • Partner with copywriters and UGC teams to align creative direction with campaign strategy.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in DTC, eCommerce, or performance marketing design.
  • Strong portfolio showing direct-response creative for beauty, wellness, or lifestyle brands.
  • Skilled in Figma, Photoshop, and After Effects (or similar motion software).
  • Data-driven mindset β€” understands how creative decisions impact performance metrics.
  • Fast, flexible, and able to produce multiple concepts on tight timelines.
