Job: Associate Merchandiser

We’re looking for an Associate Merchandiser on a 2-month, part-time contract (25 hours per week) to support our merchandising operations and ensure smooth product launches across DTC and wholesale channels.
Scope of Work & Responsibilities
SKU Creation & Management
- Create and update new style numbers, product descriptions, and attributes in NetSuite.
- Generate new color codes, print names, and individual SKUs by style/color/size.
- Create NRF numbers for wholesale SKUs and ensure accuracy across partners.
- Maintain SKU and pack trackers to prevent duplication.
Pack Creation & Management
- Update pack tasks to confirm style lists for Creative.
- Upload new pack SKUs into Shopify via Matrixify.
- Track pack color codes and maintain pack templates.
- Perform QC on pack information in Shopify and secure thumbnail/image approvals.
Product Hierarchy & Reporting
- Assign RTS dates and print attributes accurately for Tableau reporting.
- Upload and maintain new DTC SKUs, wholesale SKUs, NRFs, and color codes in NetSuite.
Catalog & Line Sheets
- Maintain the CX Product Catalog with up-to-date product information.
- Pull size grading charts from Centric.
- Create quarterly linesheets for collections, ensuring all links/documents remain updated.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years in merchandising, product operations, or related roles (apparel/retail preferred).
- Strong hands-on experience with ERP systems (NetSuite), Shopify, and Excel.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage large sets of product data accurately.
- Organized and proactive—able to juggle multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with DTC and wholesale merchandising processes a plus.
- Must be available to work remotely in PST timezone.
