Job Title: Media Buyer – Social & Emerging Platforms (Snapchat, TikTok, Pinterest, Rokt Ads)

Location: Remote (Must be available to work PST hours)

We’re seeking a skilled Media Buyer with expertise in Snapchat, TikTok, Pinterest, and Rokt Ads to expand our reach and maximize ROI through strategic, data-driven campaigns.

Position Overview

You’ll be responsible for planning, launching, optimizing, and analyzing paid media campaigns across Snapchat, TikTok, Pinterest, and Rokt Ads. This role demands a creative yet highly analytical marketer who knows how to scale while protecting profitability. You’ll partner closely with growth, creative, and analytics teams to craft compelling ad strategies, manage budgets, and continually improve performance.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Strategy & Execution

  • Plan, build, and launch campaigns across Snapchat, TikTok, Pinterest, and Rokt Ads.
  • Identify audience segments, creative concepts, and targeting strategies that drive results.
  • Stay ahead of platform algorithm changes, new ad formats, and best practices.

Optimization & Analysis

  • Monitor daily performance and adjust in real time to improve ROAS.
  • Run A/B tests on creatives, copy, and targeting to identify winners.
  • Translate data insights into actionable optimizations.

Budget Management

  • Allocate spend effectively across channels to hit KPIs.
  • Forecast spending and ensure budget pacing aligns with monthly goals.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with creative teams to produce platform-optimized ads.
  • Work with growth marketing on integrated campaign strategies.
  • Share learnings to improve overall marketing performance.

Requirements

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of paid media buying experience with proven results on Snapchat, TikTok, Pinterest, and Rokt Ads
  • Deep understanding of social ad algorithms, bidding strategies, and attribution models.
  • Skilled in data analytics tools and ad platform dashboards.
  • Demonstrated success in scaling ad spend while maintaining strong ROAS.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Available to work PST hours.

Preferred

  • Experience in DTC e-commerce, fashion, or consumer goods.
  • Familiarity with creative testing frameworks.
  • Knowledge of tracking tools like Rockerbox, Triple Whale, or similar.
