What You'll do:

- Backlog & Strategy: Manage a healthy product backlog in Jira, defining and prioritizing features based on business value and urgency within a Scaled Agile environment;

- Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, translating requirements into actionable user stories and aligning the product vision with business and compliance needs;

- Sprint Delivery: Lead sprint planning and define goals, working closely with data engineering teams to ensure stories are accurately estimated and delivered;

- Innovation & Compliance: Proactively identify gaps in the product offering and stay updated on EMEA regulatory changes to adapt data and analytics strategies for reporting;

- Full remote; 

Who You Are:

- Experience: Proven experience as a Product Owner, specifically within data and analytics teams;

- Regulatory Knowledge: Strong understanding of the EMEA regulatory landscape (GDPR, MiFID II, PSD2, AML) and exposure to bodies such as the ECB, EBA, FCA, and BaFin;

- Technical Know-how: Solid understanding of Data Lake, Data Warehouse, and data visualization concepts;

- Data Skills: Proficient in SQL with a strong analytical mindset for data analysis and reporting;

- Methodology: Familiarity with Agile/Scrum frameworks and data governance principles; 

- Fluent in english; 

Nice to have:

- Certification in Product Management (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner);

- Working knowledge of financial services at scale;
