Roles & Responsibilities

  • Bachelor's degree required; 3–5+ years in partner/channel operations, sales operations, or related roles in B2B SaaS or cybersecurity.
  • Expertise with CRM/PRM, PowerPoint, and Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas); Salesforce administration experience is a plus.
  • Understanding of a channel ecosystem including resellers, distributors, VARs, systems integrators, MSPs, etc.; experience with SQL or basic database queries is beneficial.
  • Strong analytical skills with disciplined attention to detail; highly organized with outstanding interpersonal communication and the ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.

Requirements:

  • Own Salesforce administration and partner tools (Impartner, Crossbeam, etc.); implement process and system changes, translate business requirements to technical teams, and lead project plans and UAT.
  • Handle ad-hoc requests from partner operations across reporting, system troubleshooting, and general support; create and maintain documentation and training materials.
  • Develop, run, and analyze reports and dashboards for users and management to provide actionable business insights; manage partner portal access and MDF incentives.
  • Ensure integrity of partner data and deal registration processes, resolve partner sales and pipeline issues, and maintain SLA performance.

Job description

We are growing our partner operations team. This role requires a mix of technical know-how and business acumen. The candidate will be the central support for our partner ecosystem — Channel, Cloud Marketplace, MSP/MSSP, GSI, Technology Alliance and referral partners. This hands-on strategic role ensures flawless onboarding, efficient deal support, data integrity, and operational excellence.   • Support the business in Salesforce management including process and system changes to align with business needs.
  • Translate business requirements to technical teams to optimize business processes. Build project plans and execute UAT.
  • Respond to ad-hoc requests flowing into partner operations from various teams regarding reporting, system-related troubleshooting, and general support
  • Investigate and troubleshoot issues related to processes built in various partner tools (Salesforce, Impartner, Crossbeam, etc.).
  • Create and maintain documentation on processes, policies, and relevant training materials
  • Build, run, and analyze reports and dashboards for users and managers & in doing so, provide insight into the business
  • Manage various tools in the partner tool stack including ecosystem tools and marketplace management platforms
  • Manage partner-related processes including partner portal access, MDF & partner incentives
  • Assist with the lead to opportunity process in support of the sales and channel teams
  • Resolve partner sales, pipeline, and deal registration issues.
  • Ensure the integrity of our partner-related business. This person will play a critical role in the audit and compliance function of our Deal Registration process
  • Work with efficiency and accuracy while meeting and exceeding SLA’s
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 3–5+ years in partner/channel operations, sales operations, or related roles in B2B SaaS or cybersecurity.
  • Expertise with CRM/PRM, PowerPoint, and Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas). Salesforce administration experience a plus.
  • Understanding of a channel ecosystem including various partner types (Reseller, Distributor, SI, MSP, etc.)
  • Experience with SQL or basic database query languages is beneficial
  • Strong analytical skills, disciplined attention to detail, highly organized and thorough
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills
  • Ability to take initiative, work flexibly, and set priorities with minimal direct supervision
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple competing priorities
  • High energy level and passion in getting the job done right

Additional relevant knowledge or experience related to the above requirements will be considered an advantage.
